Perched over the MacLaren falls, our two restaurants offer dramatic views and a true gastronomic experience with menus based on a traditional French and Quebecois style, using local produce with exciting international influences.Muse, our fine dining restaurant, is open daily for breakfast and dinner. On Sundays, enjoy our famous Sunday brunch buffet from 9am-2pm. For something more relaxed, the Heron Room restaurant offers a Wine and Tapas bar alongside a popular bistro menu. The Heron Room and adjoining Bar Lounge is open daily from noon and features live music on Fridays and Saturdays from 7-10pm.Please visit our website for our most up to date menus.

Beautiful place, excellent service and a truly wonderful eating experience. Will definitely return for a special occasion and will also be trying out a Weekend Spa package... Can't wait! ðŸ˜â¤ï¸

The buffet was OK, but wasn't anything special. Of the breakfast items that were on offer, the maple eggs Benedict was the best. The problem is that the cost is absolutely outrageous. $50/per person is too expensive. If this is the cost of being open on a holiday, it isn't worth it. On top of this, for a self-service buffet, we were charged an 18% gratuity because of our table size, which I also found unacceptable. The service was disinterested at best in getting coffee and water to the table. I will not be returning for the buffet.

The ambiance is great, but the food is average and service is terrible. Over 10+ years, I have come for meals here many times and have always left feeling like the high prices for the meals were not earned. The servers go out of their way not to accommodate, and there are zero options for kids. Whether or not you want kids in your resto, we still paid $250 for a meal but left disappointed.

Went there for Easter brunch with my family and was super disappointed. First, the 50$/person buffet is not worth it. The food is good but nothing outstanding or decadent (as advertised). Secondly, make sure you ask where you will be seated when you reserve. We were put in a dark and cold banquet room where the ambiance was terrible (no music, poor service), despite receiving twice text confirmation for the "MUSE restaurant"... Money wasted unfortunately.

We had a lovely evening meal at the muse restaurant. The seating beside the running water was quite relaxing and bright. The menu had a great variety of options and the service was impeccable. Every dish that came out was a pleasant experience. Flavours delicately paired and beautifully plated. A very memorable evening of delicious food and great service!

One of the best dining experience in wakefield. Quite expensive but very worth it! The view is spectacular, so is the food, and you can finish your evening at the lounge above. I will go back for sure.The service is above and beyond!Btw, you can have a good deal there is you stay at the hotel!

From the informative host to the friendly servers to the funny crêpes station chef everything was fantastic at the Muse! Brunch was delicious, fresh, and innovative. My partner who is not a foodie loved it all too :) The view on the falls was delightful as well. Thank you for such a great team effort to make sure that everything is fantastic for your customers. We had a really disappointing experience at the spa downstairs earlier in the day, so we were not sure what to expect for brunch and we were so pleasantly surprised and overjoyed at the great service and the quality of food.
